LEADERSHIP

JAMIE CAPOZZI  |  Executive Creative Director.

Brand builder. Team leader.

I am an executive creative leader with more than 25 years of experience helping companies turn complex business challenges into clear, differentiated brands that drive growth.

My work sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative direction, product storytelling, demand generation, digital experience, and creative operations. I have built teams from the ground up, led organizations of more than 30 creative professionals, won and grown major client relationships, and partnered with executives to make creative a meaningful driver of business performance.

Today, as Executive Creative Director at Zeta Global, I lead a 23-person internal and external creative organization supporting teams across North America, London, Japan, Hyderabad, and Australia. I work closely with leadership across marketing, product, sales, demand generation, and events to ensure Zeta shows up as the innovative, intelligent, and category-defining company it is.

That work includes leading the transformation of Zeta’s corporate website, including its homepage and 22 major product pages. The redesign contributed to a 211% increase in demo requests, an 88.6% increase in engaged sessions, and a 300% increase in core product-page views. I have also helped shape the company’s brand campaigns, product stories, sales communications, executive presentations, and major industry presence.

Earlier in my career, I served as VP, Executive Creative Director at Epsilon, where I led an 18-person bi-coastal team across San Diego and Atlanta. I created the pitch, delivered the presentation, and won the $4M 24 Hour Fitness account, then led its digital creative business for two years. At Intelligent Demand, I built and led a national creative practice while supporting brands including Kaiser Permanente, Ping Identity, Cheetah Digital, and Optiv.

In 2006, I co-founded Theory Associates, a technology branding agency that helped launch dozens of brands, hundreds of product lines, and thousands of products into Apple, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, and other major retail channels. Earlier, at Monster, I helped lead creative during a period in which the business grew from $80M to $500M in annual sales over three years, including early work associated with Beats by Dre.

I believe great creative leadership requires more than strong ideas. It requires the ability to clarify a company’s value, build a high-performing organization, earn trust with senior leadership, and create a system in which great work can consistently move the business forward.
